About Next Big Leap
Nico is an Integral Life Coach, nurse leader, and educator dedicated to helping people understand more of themselves so they can grow into the fullest version of who they are, regardless of background or life experience. His coaching integrates reflection, practical action, and whole-person development to support meaningful, sustainable change.
A nurse since 2014, Nico’s healthcare experience includes oncology, bone marrow transplant, kidney transplant, and liver transplant. He holds a BSN from Sacramento State University, an MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a DNP as an Adult/Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist from Johns Hopkins University. He is specialty certified as a Nurse Executive and Adult/Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, has completed Integral Coach Training through New Ventures West, and has also served as a nursing school lecturer.
Nico is active in the community through the Philippine Nurses Association and Sacramento Sierra Nurse Leaders. Outside of work and coaching, he enjoys traveling, exploring new places and foods, and spending time with his husband and their two corgis, Mochi and Boba. His favorite trip so far was visiting South Korea with his husband in 2026.

To celebrate the launch of Next Big Leap Integral Life Coaching, a limited introductory rate is available for the first 20 clients who enroll in the six-month 1:1 coaching program. The first five clients will receive 75% off the standard program investment, the next five clients will receive 50% off, and the following 10 clients will receive 25% off. 1:1 Integral Life Coaching
A six-month, one-on-one coaching partnership designed to help you gain clarity, reconnect with what matters most, and take meaningful steps toward the life, work, or leadership direction you want. Through Integral Life Coaching, we explore the whole essence of you; your goals, values, mindset, relationships, habits, and sense of purpose, so that growth is both practical and deeply aligned.
A Six-Month Coaching Package ($1250)
Rather than paying for individual, stand-alone sessions, Integral Life Coaching is offered as a six-month developmental partnership. This format creates space for meaningful, sustainable growth—not just a quick solution or a single conversation. Your package includes 10–12 one-on-one coaching sessions, typically held every other week. Between sessions, you will have time to reflect, experiment, and put insights into practice in the context of your real life.
